His Excellency Dhahi Khalfan received His Excellency Lieutenant General Talal Belhoul Al Falasi, Head of the State Security Department in Dubai, and his deputy, His Excellency Lieutenant General Awadh Hadir Al Muhairi, as well as senior officers from the State Security Department.
His Excellency also received His Excellency Mattar Al Tayer, Director-General and Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors of the Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai, His Excellency Humaid Al Qatami, and a number of dignitaries and officials in Dubai.
